Chad P.D. Chee Sponsor Placement Agreement — Version 2026-09-11-30DAY-FOUNDING149

This agreement is between Hammered Handyman Media ("Publisher") and the company or brand identified in this order ("Sponsor").

Placement and fee. Sponsor is purchasing one Chad P.D. Chee direct sponsor position for $149 USD for 30 consecutive days. The placement participates in the site's rotating direct-sponsor inventory, with no more than four active paid sponsor positions scheduled at the same time. This is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.

Approval. Payment does not cause automatic publication. Publisher may review, edit with Sponsor approval, reject, suspend, or remove creative that is inaccurate, unlawful, unsafe, misleading, technically harmful, incompatible with the audience, or reasonably likely to damage the Publisher or Chad P.D. Chee brand. If Publisher rejects a campaign before it runs and the parties cannot agree on acceptable creative, the sponsorship fee will be refunded.

Sponsor materials and claims. Sponsor represents that it has the rights needed to provide its names, logos, trademarks, images, URLs, offers, discount codes, and advertising claims. Sponsor is responsible for the accuracy and legality of its products, claims, prices, promotions, and discount terms.

License. Sponsor grants Publisher a limited, non-exclusive license during the campaign and reasonable reporting/archive period to display Sponsor-provided brand assets and creative for the purchased placement and related campaign reporting.

Performance. Publisher does not guarantee any minimum number of impressions, clicks, leads, sales, conversions, revenue, or other result. Dashboard statistics are first-party measurements and may be affected by browsers, blockers, connectivity, fraud filtering, and technical conditions.

Timing. Each purchased placement receives 30 consecutive days. Sponsor may request the earliest available start or choose a future start date. A requested date is subject to inventory and approval. If Publisher approval occurs after the reserved start date, the campaign will receive a full 30-day run beginning on approval or the next available start date that does not exceed four simultaneous paid sponsors. Sponsor-caused delays, including late or incomplete creative, may require a later available start date.

Cancellation and refunds. Before approval, Sponsor may request cancellation. Once an approved campaign has begun running, fees are generally non-refundable except where Publisher fails to provide the placement for a material portion of the campaign or otherwise agrees in writing.

Platform and law. Sponsor content must comply with applicable law and relevant platform/payment requirements. Publisher may refuse regulated, deceptive, dangerous, infringing, hateful, adult, illegal, or otherwise unsuitable advertising.

Entire order. This agreement, the campaign information submitted with it, and the site's Privacy Policy and Terms form the sponsor order. Material custom terms must be agreed to in writing by both parties.
